But Seriously What Should I Write About?

As some of you know and most of you probably don’t CrossFit 330 is in a business mentoring program with an awesome box out in La-La land. During the course of the program I keep being told that I need to write a blog. I get it, really I do, everyone does it, it gives your gym a voice, but seriously what should I write about? To me a blog is basically an online journal. Well let me tell you folks I was never much one for journaling. I remember having to keep a journal in 6th grade and I dreaded it daily… Fast forward to adulthood. I’m still not a fan, but if it benefits the members of the CF330 tribe then I will do my best. So, I’m going to blog, but seriously what should I write about? This is where you come in. The next time you are in the box let us know what you are interested in. What do you crave more knowledge about- points of performance on squats, mobility exercises, nutrition, supplements? What questions do you have? Strike up a conversation with a coach and let us know what is important to you. Hell, you could even leave us a note with a blog topic. Just make sure you tell us what you are interested in. We are a team, let’s do this blog thing together.
