Yup that's right, they are almost here.
A wonderful time of the year filled with family, friends, fun...and of course FOOD and DRINKS.
While we all love getting together with family and friends to celebrate and remember all those things we hold near and dear to us the holidays can also be somewhat stressful....and jam packed with places to be and things to do!
Which can throw a monkey wrench into our workout schedule and our eating routine.
This holiday season we want to help our CF330 family, and anyone else we can, to beat the holidays.
Why wait until January 1 to set goals for yourself?!
January first is no different than November 1..or December 1...There is no PERFECT time to get started or get back on track...
But it is better to be done, than perfect!
