Hey CF330 tribe-
You may have noticed that last week's training was pretty light.
As always, there is a method to the maddness!
Hopefully you are feeling pretty good as we kick off this week, because this week is going to be a HEAVY week.
Now there are a couple of things to note about our programming this week.
I'll discuss a few points here, and then you can check out this awesome 60 second video for a breakdown of heavy singles vs max out and the why behind them.
- This week's programming is gearing up for Friday. Don't miss our workout Friday!
- Don't get discouraged if you don't PR!
- A heavy single means what feels heavy AND has good form. We don't want to sacrifice form when doing heavy singles!
