Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
3 Back Squat

Partner workout for time and reps:
Power Clean 135/95
Bar Facing Burpees
400m Run
*One partner starts on the power cleans and the other partner starts running. Partner one does as many cleans as they can while partner two runs around the building. When partner two comes in the other side (200m) partner one will switch to burpees as partner two runs the last half of the 400m. When partner two comes in a second time you will switch and repeat until both partners complete 4 rounds each.
