Touch and Go Clean and Jerk x 4 reps
*Heavier than last week
 
B.
EMOTM for 12 minutes, alternate between:
Minutes 1, 4, 7, 10 – Back Squat x 10 reps
Minutes 2, 5, 8, 11 – Sit-Ups x 20 reps 
Minutes 3, 6, 9, 12 – Double Unders x 40 reps
