5 Skin the Cat
10 Hawaiian Squats (5 each leg)
15 Reverse Hypers
 
B.
20 minute partner AMRAP:
40 seconds on/20 seconds off
Calorie Assault Bike
Double Unders (5 double unders = 1 rep)
*One partner starts on the bike, the other on double unders. Each will go for max reps in 40 seconds then switch movements. Each partner will do 10 sets of both movements.
