EMOTM for 15 minutes, alternate between (5 sets):
Minute 1 - 3 Power Clean + 2 Hang Squat Cleans (moderate weight)
Minute 2 – 10 Jump Touch Burpees (6in)
Minute 3 – 30 second Plank Hold
 
B.
Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes (4 sets):
Front Squat x 4 reps
