A.
 EMOTM for 15 minutes, alternate between:
Minute 1 – 10 Reverse Hypers
Minute 2 – 20 Sit-ups
Minute 3 – 40 Double Unders
 
B.
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
Overhead Squat x 10 reps
*Use a weight that is comfortable and can maintain good form.
