EMOTM for 15 minutes, alternate between:
Minute 1 – 5 Power Snatch
Minute 2 – 10 Squat Jumps
Minute 3 – 15 second Side Plank Hold (each side)

B.
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:
Front Squat x 5 reps
